We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines our guidelines for returns, refunds, and exchanges for products fulfilled through Printful.

Return Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Products must be unworn/unused and in the same condition as received
  • Original packaging must be included
  • A valid proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the personalized nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Customized or personalized items
  • Face masks and other personal care items
  • Swimwear and underwear
  • Items marked as final sale

Quality Issues

We stand behind our products' quality. If you receive an item that is:

  • Damaged during shipping
  • Has printing errors or defects
  • Wrong size from what was ordered
  • Incorrect item shipped

Please contact us within 7 days of receipt with:

  • Photos of the defective product
  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Your preferred resolution (replacement or refund)

Size Issues

If you receive an item that doesn't fit:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Item must be unworn with original tags attached
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • Exchange for different size or store credit available

Refund Process

  1. Initiation
    • Submit return request through our contact form
    • Wait for our approval and return instructions
    • Ship item back within 14 days of approval
  2. Return Shipping
    • Customer pays return shipping unless item is defective
    • Use tracked shipping method
    • Keep proof of shipping until refund is processed
  3. Refund Timeline
    • Inspection period: 2-3 business days after receipt
    • Refund processing: 5-10 business days
    • Credit card/original payment method refunds may take additional 2-5 business days

Refund Options

  • Full refund to original payment method
  • Store credit (additional 10% bonus credit offered)
  • Exchange for different size/color
  • Replacement for defective items

Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs covered by us only for defective items
  • International return shipping costs are customer's responsibility

    • Order number
    • Product name
    • Reason for return
    • Photos (if quality issue)
    • Preferred resolution
  2. Wait for our return authorization and instructions
  3. Package item securely with:
    • Original packaging
    • Return authorization number
    • Copy of original receipt

Special Circumstances

Lost Returns

  • Use tracked shipping methods
  • Keep proof of shipping
  • We're not responsible for returns lost in transit

Multiple Items

  • Can be returned together
  • Each item evaluated separately
  • Partial refunds possible for eligible items
